Once your item ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. From there, you will be able to monitor your package as well as receive an arrival date via UPS. Please note, that our products are meticulously handcrafted with care. As a result, from the time you place your order, it can take up to 1 week for your item to be ready for shipping.

All sales are final due to the fragile nature of the items. If your item arrives damaged, please send me an email so that I can submit a claim and a new item sent out to you.

It is important to enter in the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. I am not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses being entered at the time of purchase.

Each large item – such as the wood round statues – are packaged separately in order to avoid any damages. Smaller items may be packaged together. If this is the case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers with your shipping confirmation email.
